  Chapter 10 Rescue time! They were on their way to who knows where to rescue Ben. They were all running, except for Mal, who was pregnant, and Lexi, who literally couldn’t even walk, let alone run. She could only limp. She had one arm slung along Thaddeus’s shoulders and she was hopping on one foot. They checked the old bunker that Thaddeus took refuge in during his villain times, but he wasn’t there. “Worth a shot,” Thaddeus sighed. Then, Mal had a thought.  “Wait, what about the catacombs?” she suggested. Lexi’s hazel eyes widened. “The catacombs of doom?” she asked. Mal sighed. “No, those other catacombs we talk about.   Chapter 9, Things get real After the little indecent with the Camelot and Yen Sid and Hadie and all that, everyone agreed that they lock Yen Sid and Hadie up in the dungeon with Audrey. Yen Sid seemed totally confused but Hadie was not all confused, but evil when they locked them up. Everything was so confusing these days. But Christmas was coming and everyone agreed they should be cheerful, but alert. In fact, Mal’s baby bump was coming in and of course the fangirls were obsessing over that. Even Thaddeus was excited. Soon, the whole school was getting ready for winter break. But before that could happen, the school had the winter talent show. Lexi’s was ballet dancing, Breanna’s was song writing, Kaylee’s was art, Bridgett’s was singing and Gabrielle’s was fashion designing.   Chapter 8, Confusion A few weeks after Mal and Ben’s castle was set on fire, it was the second week in November and Mal was entering the second trimester. She was doing okay except for some miner morning sickness. And soon, the fangirls and Thaddeus would go on Thanksgiving break. They were still very shocked from the recent incident of Hadie setting castle on fire. “Okay, this is really confusing, don’t you think?” Kaylee asked everyone else. Everyone else nodded fervently.  “Yeah, this really hard to understand. It wasn’t this hard last time!” Gabrielle exclaimed.   Chapter 7, The real Yen Sid On Saturday, the fangirls and Thaddeus went to Auradon to visit Yen Sid in the hospital to talk about things and well to say hello. They walked down to his hospital room and Yen Sid actually looked happy to see them and immediately apologized. To which they accepted. “So, how are you feeling? Also, you are my idol,” Thaddeus said to Yen Sid. Yen Sid nodded and chuckled. “I’m feeling better. A mind control spell is hard to heal from.” Yen Sid replied, still kind of chuckling.   Chapter 6, Trouble’s brewing At the next council meeting, they discussed that there had been forest fires in Sherwood Forest and almost to Camelot. Just like last time. Well, sort of. They looked in the museum to see if the dragon’s eye was there and it was not. Mal and Ben knew that people would freak out so they didn’t tell anyone about it. But somehow, the word got out. Everyone started freaking out about that. They did not want a repeat of what happened last time Audrey stole it.   Chapter 4 Excitement and fear A few weeks after Adam asked Lexi to homecoming, the girls one Saturday decided to go homecoming dress shopping. Breanna had been asked to homecoming by a guy on her basketball team that she had a crush on, so she had obviously said yes. Bridgett and Kaylee had gotten asked to homecoming too, but as this was Gabrielle’s second year going to homecoming, she had not gotten asked yet. But Lexi’s mom was driving them all Dillard’s to get dresses.
