  Chapter 20 A shifty little witch A few days after Mal and Ben’s wedding, Mad Maddy was sitting in her new cottage in forest near Auradon city, thinking about that girl that she met at the wedding. Why did she want her dead? I mean maybe she didn’t like her very much, but that is no reason to issue death threats. She was also thinking about Mal. She was quite mean to her over the years, but they were friends now, weren’t they? But she wasn’t sure if Mal had been totally sincere when she apologized for all that stuff over the years.   Chapter 19, School like never before A week after they got back from Auradon, the fangirls and Thaddeus came to school. Thaddeus, and his new family. (Thaddeus’s cousins and aunt Emma went to the same family school. The mothers teach the classes) The fangirls and Thaddeus met up at the usual corner. (After the adventure of Auradon, Thaddeus felt like hanging out with the girls) But, Thaddeus had to go to the social dance class soon after they arrived. Along with Conner and James, who also knew about the Auradon adventure. “So, did you really try to destroy Auradon?” Conner asked. Thaddeus nodded. “Yes, but I didn’t mean to,” he said.   Chapter 18 Thaddeus comes home As Thaddeus was walking up the front path to his aunt and uncle’s house, he was filled with a bit depression that he wouldn’t be walking up his front path any more. He also felt a little scared at what his sister would say at his disappearance. He gathered the last of his courage, and rang the doorbell. It was Hailey that answered the door. “Thaddeus!!” she cried as she threw her arms around him. “Where have you been?! We’ve been so worried!! You had me worried sick!!! Don’t ever do that again!” Thaddeus sighed. He hadn’t been looking forward to this part of the day. Uncle Andrew and Aunt Emma sighed with relief and came over to the door and pulled him inside.  “Oh, Thaddeus, we were so worried about you! Welcome to your new home!” they said warmly.   Chapter 17 Home again Soon after Mal and Ben left for their honeymoon, the fangirls and Thaddeus helped clean up the great hall, putting away tables, cleaning the floor, the works. As soon as they were done, they went and changed into their normal clothes and then came up to Evie. “Hey, can we keep these?” they asked, holding up the dresses and tux that Evie had made.  “Of course! I made them for you, didn’t I?” she said, smiling.  “Thank you! Also, do you know how to get back to our home?” asked Lexi. Evie nodded. “Yep! You just move your hands in circle, and say where you want to go! That should open up the portal. This doesn’t work everyone, just those with magic,” Evie explained. Thaddeus nodded. “Well, we all have magic!” he said, happily. So, they all said good bye to everyone, saying that might be back soon. If their parents let them that is. So, they went outside of the great hall, and did what Evie said. Soon, they found themselves back in Lexi’s bedroom....
