Chapter 18 of Fangirls!!!!!!!!!! :D

 

Chapter 18 Thaddeus comes home

As Thaddeus was walking up the front path to his aunt and uncle’s house, he was filled with a bit depression that he wouldn’t be walking up his front path any more. He also felt a little scared at what his sister would say at his disappearance. He gathered the last of his courage, and rang the doorbell. It was Hailey that answered the door. “Thaddeus!!” she cried as she threw her arms around him. “Where have you been?! We’ve been so worried!! You had me worried sick!!! Don’t ever do that again!” Thaddeus sighed. He hadn’t been looking forward to this part of the day. Uncle Andrew and Aunt Emma sighed with relief and came over to the door and pulled him inside. 

“Oh, Thaddeus, we were so worried about you! Welcome to your new home!” they said warmly. Thaddeus was so glad to see his sisters and two cousins and his aunt and uncle, but he had to tell them something crazy. So, after he said hello to everybody, he jumped right into the story. How, he got struck by lightning, he asked Lexi to join him, she said no, and then he ganged up with Hades and tried to destroy Auradon. At the end of the story, everyone was wide eyed. 

“So, Auradon is a real place?” Hadley asked. Thaddeus nodded.

“Yes, so that means that Elsa is real,” he said, getting down on her level. She gasped and smiled. 

“Thaddeus, are you sure that was not a dream and do you need to go to the hospital for your head?” aunt Emma asked, concerned. “I know it sounds insane, but I promise that it actually happened” he explained. 

“Look, I’ll show you!” he said as he opened up a portal and said where he wanted to go. The entire family screamed as they were sucked down into the portal, but Thaddeus totally calm. Soon, they landed in front of the great hall they had the reception in. 

“Well, look who it is! Is this your family?” Evie asked. Thaddeus nodded. 

“Yep! This is my aunt and uncle, cousins, and sisters,” Hailey was obsessing at the sight of Auradon. 

“My name is Hailey Hawthorne, pleased to meet you!” Hailey was kind of in love with Descendants too. 

“Hello. Do you like the documentaries about us too?” Evie asked. Hailey nodded.

“I didn’t know they were documentaries, but you’re my favorite character!” she exclaimed. “Are Mal and Ben married yet?” Evie nodded.

“Just today, actually,” Evie said.

“Is that where you were, Thaddeus?!” she exclaimed. Thaddeus nodded, laughing. Hailey was still kind of squealing before she composed herself. 

“I’m so sad I missed that though,” Thaddeus shrugged.

“I remember the vows. I can tell you them if you want,” he said. Hailey nodded and smiled. Hadley gasped. 

“Is that Elsa and Anna?” she asked. Evie nodded.

“They’re visiting for the royal wedding. Do you want to say hi to them?” Evie asked. Hadley nodded very fast and squealed. Evie took Hadley and her cousin, Lucy over to them and introduced her. Meanwhile Jay came to talk to them. 

“So, will you be coming back here more?” he asked. Aunt Emma and Uncle Andrew looked like they were thinking about it. “Only if your school in done and your room is clean and if you ask,” aunt Emma said. Thaddeus and Hailey nodded. Well, and Austin, their cousin. Lucy was also five like Hadley. Austin was twelve like Thaddeus. Soon, Evie brought Hadley and Lucy back to the family. After that, they said goodbye to the Descendants pack and went back to their own home. Thaddeus was feeling welcome and happy at his aunt and uncle’s house. Like, the hole in his heart was fixed. After all, he had a brother now, didn’t he?

  The “Love is an Open Door” scene ☹😊 I jump at the sound of the doorbell. I’ve been sitting on pins and needles for thirty minutes after I got ready, waiting for Adam to come and pick me up for the homecoming dance.
