Chapter 4 of Fangirls!!!!! :D:D
Chapter 4 Thaddeus and his family
Weeks after that, it was Christmas, (Lexi made all her
friends teddy bears,) and soon school went out for Christmas. And after that,
the year went on and it was the summer holidays and Lexi’s family, (Including
Josie and her new husband) went to Lake Powell for summer vacation. As most of
you know, summer 2019, was when Descendants 3 came out. So, Lexi was reading
all the Isle of the lost books before the movie came out. Now she was on a
deadline so she finished the fourth book in three days and they watched
Descendants 3 on the houseboat they rented. (As soon as Ben proposed, she
jumped up, shouted, “Yes, I called it!!!”, and started doing victory laps
around the houseboat) And before they knew it, school started up again. Lexi was
so excited to see her friends and obsess over Ben’s proposal.
“How did you guys react to that?” Lexi asked them.
“Oh, I started squealing so loud that my sister thought I
was hurt,” Bridgett said.
“I was screaming and jumping up and down,” Kaylee said.
Breanna smiled.
“Gabrielle and I were screaming, and squealing, and pounding
on our sister’s door, begging her to come out and watch,”
“I jumped up, Shouted, “Yes, I called it!!!”, and did
victory laps around the houseboat,” said Lexi.
They all burst into laughter.
As soon as Christmas was over, and Lexi’s eleventh birthday
had passed, (Her birthday was early in the year)
Thaddeus and his sisters, fourteen-year-old Hailey, and five-year-old Hadley, (Thaddeus is twelve now) were doing what they always did when their parents were on a date. Hailey and Thaddeus playing card games, and Hadley was watching frozen. Thaddeus was just asking did Hailey if she had any fives, when they heard a knock on the door. Hailey got up to answer it and saw that was a police officer.
“Um, Thaddeus could take Hadley upstairs and turn on frozen please?” Thaddeus picked up Hadley and took her upstairs. Hailey opened the door. “Officer, hello,” The officer nodded his head and asked if he could come in. Hailey let him in. “Can I help you with something?” Hailey asked politely. The officer shook his head.
“I actually came to talk to you about something. You know that big storm we’re having right now?” Hailey nodded her head. “Well, your parents were driving and someone who was drunk and texting and driving slipped in the rain and rear-ended your parents and they went flying into the railing. They only said what their names were and where they lived before, they fell unconscious and the EMTs tried to save them but they couldn’t. I’m so sorry miss, they passed on,” Hailey started hyperventilating. She was depressed, and she didn’t feel to excited that she had to explain to her siblings, "Hey, guess what? Our parents died in a car wreak. They were killed in a car wreak."
“Do you have any legal guardians?” the officer asked. Hailey brushed away the tears that had started slipping down her cheeks.
“Our aunt and uncle. They live just down the street,” Then, they heard the front door open and slam closed. Little did they know, Thaddeus had been eavesdropping.
Thaddeus ran out into the rain and ran and ran until he
reached a field as tears started pouring rapidly from his eyes. He didn’t know where he was, he just knew that his parents
were dead. He was very close to his parents. Suddenly he felt a powerful flash
in his head and the next thing he knew he was lying on the ground. He could
only form one clear thought. Time to get revenge.
